The EPL is nearly back! With it comes the English Premier League Predictions Index (EPLPI) which ended last season with a 149-205 record, to go to 342-453 since March 19, 2005. The EPLPI is looking forward to set a much better mark in its second full-season of the EPL. This year's EPL will witness a battle of supremacy at the top between Man U and Chelsea, and Liverpool look to have a say with their busy summer in the transfer market.
